3. Quotations and orders
Quotations are provided based on the information you supply and are valid for the period stated in the quotation. An order is confirmed only when accepted in writing by both parties. Specifications, quantities and minimum order quantities are as agreed at that time.
4. Pricing and payment
- Prices are quoted in the currency and Incoterms specified in the quotation;
- Unless otherwise agreed, prices exclude duties, taxes and charges levied at the destination;
- Payment terms are agreed per order and must be met for goods to be dispatched or released.
5. Shipping and delivery
We arrange shipping using the method and route agreed in the quotation. Delivery timelines are estimates made in good faith and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier schedules, customs processes and force majeure events.
6. Quality and inspection
Goods are inspected against the specifications agreed at order confirmation. Where you require independent third-party inspection, this can be arranged in advance. Claims relating to quality or quantity should be raised promptly and in accordance with the agreed terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of White Square Exim or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Square Exim shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
